How to make smoothies!

fruit smoothie
Put any fruits you like into a blender (my fave combo is mango, strawberries, kiwi & pineapple!) and cover with a mixture of orange and apple juice. Add some ice (lots!) and blend on high for about 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and sip with a straw! The ice in it makes it freezing cold and gets crushed so it tastes like a slushie!


banana smoothie
This one is sooo yumm! (Just remember to use SKIM milk and DIET icecream, or it's not as healthy!) All you have to do is peel 1-2 overripe (make sure they are a little overripe, this makes it taste nicer. Overripe is when there are little black splotches on the skin, but the banana should be firm, not mushy!) bananas and put them in the blender. Add some skim milk and if you are feeling naughty just a tiny bit of DIET vanilla icecream, then blend on high for 10 seconds. pour into a glass and enjoy :)


passionfruit & mango smoothie
Ths is my fave! Simply add some mango and passionfruit insides to the blender, cover with skim milk (yes, milk!) and add some passionfruit ripple or mango swirl icecream (again try and get the diet 98% fat free stuff!) and blend, then serve. Heaven in a glass!
